I keep being amazed at how much I am growing to love my unborn child. I just think he/she is the best thing ever and I haven't even seen the baby yet. I am in love with this being who has not done ANYTHING to win my love except exist. This child is already teaching and showing me the depth of Papa's love for me. What a wild ride this is gonna be! Yeehaw!
A verse from Luke 6 stuck out to me as a prayer for my family as we expand & for each of you who read this: That we would lay a foundation for this child [or our families] that is deep & built upon a rock, so that he/she is well grounded and rooted. Therefore, when the floods rise they will not be able to shake him/her because this child will have been well built & rooted.
May it be so.
