Picture above: baby powder, nipple cream, diaper cream. The nipple cream is a mix of coconut oil, shea butter and coco butter.

Baby Powder (Talc-free!): Ground lavender buds, ground calendula flowers, arrowroot powder, corn starch. I just started using powder late in Luke's diaper career; it lengthens dryness to cloth diapering.

Diaper Cream: coconut oil, shea butter, arrowroot powder
http://www.passionatehomemaking.com/My Naturopath also suggested dipping pads in calendula tea or witch hazel and freezing them to heal the perineum after birth. I have also put witch hazel in a spray bottle with a couple of drops of Lavender to aid healing.
Still more prep to be done, but this is a start!
